Traveling is something a lot of us take for granted. We grab our passports, throw everything in a suitcase, get some money exchanged, and haul ourselves off to the airport for a week or so away at a sunny landscape and margaritas every hour, and have a fabulous time. But travelling is more of a privilege than anything else, so you should treat it like one!

Book a Night in a Villa

They can be found all over the world, and the going rates for a night or two can range from less than $100 to thousands of dollars per person. Find the price that’s right for you and enjoy some glorious accommodations. You’re never going to be able to look at a hotel in the same way.

Hire a Car

Don’t let yourself walk around the city and its back alleys and up and down the nearby hillscape if you have the option to use wheels instead! Hiring a car is a lot less sweaty and a lot more comfy than trying to fit onto a tourist bus, and you can stop off whenever you want or need to. How often have you been on a tour bus and passed a location that you wanted to explore?  Now you can. There’s nothing like being behind the wheel of a Maserati that only costs $60 or so a day to whisk you around! 

Find the Hotspots

If you’re going away for a luxury vacation, you’re going to want to have some knowledge on your side, and really prove to yourself that you’re not going to waste any time in your effort to explore. So find out about the location; find out what nightlife it has, what are the best restaurants to sit down and have a bite in, who are the people you’re going to want to talk to etc. And if you have a car booked to whizz you around, you’re not going to have to worry about your goal of becoming well-traveled!
